  1. When I use my credit card on your site, are you going to steal it, or store the information somewhere others can steal it, or do naughty things with it?
    Solution Graphics No - we never see your credit card numbers. That is totally taken care of through PayPal. All we see is a notification of payment received, the email address you gave PayPal, what you ordered, and the address to mail it to. We don't store, sell, share, or do anything annoying with your info. We only have one email list to notify people of new products or sales, but you can reply and say "Unsubscribe" and we will never bother you again.

  2. How long will it take for you to ship my order?
    We usually get your order in the mail the very next business day - standard ground USPS. The day we ship, we will email you a tracking number.

  3. What does shipping cost?
    Shipping is now FREE! Please note, purchases in the consignment area might charge shipping because there you are dealing directly with those designers.

  4. I am looking for something in particular, but I am not able to find it anywhere. What to do?

  5. There was something I wanted on your site, and now I can't find it. Where did it go?
